Takedown or change request

This page is for organizers, artists and rights holders, or their official representatives, who want a listing or image removed or changed.

What we need from you:

• Your full name, email, and a phone number where we can reach you.
• Your role: organizer, artist, rights holder or representative, and the organization’s name.
• The link to the page on Hajazna and the reason for the request.
• Proof of your role: a link to an official page in your or the organization’s name, or a description of a document showing the rights or the authorization.

How we handle the request:

• We contact you directly by phone or email to verify your identity and role, and may ask for a document.
• Please be available to answer. We do not remove or change a listing before verification.
• Once verified, we act within two working days.

Our listings contain only public information (name, date, venue, price, official sales link) and event images used to identify the event.
